• The Allotted candidate must present for admission in B.Sc. Nursing course by 09-Dec-2023 (Last date)  05:00 PM in the office.
• After the last date, No forms will be accepted.
• Read the Instruction carefully written in the Order copy of RUHS.
• The newly allotted / Transferred candidate must present with the following documents as mentioned in this page.
• The student who are allotted Same college "Govt College of Nursing, Ajmer",  Must Submit the New allotment letter only. 
• Carry print out of allotment letter and photocopy of all necessary Document.

(Note - Get all document ready as much as possible, while approaching the college, as the college is approx 10 km away from Main city, for fulfilling any deficiency, candidate has to go to city

1. FOR GIRLS (all category) AND SC & ST BOYS -  FIRST YR - Rs. 21,000/-
2. GEN & OBC BOYS - FIRST YR - Rs. 51,000/-
3. Fee will be Deposited by DD Only. The DD will be in Favor of " Principal, Government College of Nursing, Ajmer". 

Submission of Fee

1. Fees can be Deposited through Demand Draft (DD)
2. DD will be on favor of - Principal, Government college of Nursing, Ajmer

Note -  

Govt College of Nursing, Ajmer, Never calls to the student or their family member to pay over any phone call or by link sent through SMS/ Whats-app on mobile phone. Avoid such calls, if asking to pay by any link or any UPI ID. Never Share your OTP to avoid any fraudulence.

Open round counseling - M.Sc. Nursing admission 2022-23

As per guidelines from Rajasthan University of health sciences, Jaipur, Govt College of Nursing Ajmer is conducting its Open round (3rd round ) counseling at college level to fill up the vacant seats for M.Sc. Nursing Course. 

आवेदन करने हेतु दिशा निर्देश :-

1. प्रवेश के इच्छुक अभ्यर्थी दिनांक 08.05.2023 02:00 PM बजे तक आवश्यक रूप से कार्यालय, राजकीय नर्सिंग महाविद्यालय अजमेर मे आवेदन पत्र मय मूल दस्तावेज़ तथा RUHS entrance टेस्ट 2022 के परिणाम की सत्यापित प्रतिलिपि के साथ जमा करावे ।
2. चयनित अभ्यर्थियो का परिणाम दिनांक 09.05.2023 को 10:00 AM बजे तक राजकीय नर्सिंग महाविद्यालय, अजमेर के सूचना पट्ट पर लगाया जाएगा ।
3. आवेदन पत्र जवाहर लाल नेहरू आयुर्विज्ञान महाविद्यालय, अजमेर की वेब साइट www.medicaleducationrajasthan.gov.in/ajmer अथवा कार्यालय, राजकीय नर्सिंग महाविद्यालय अजमेर की वैबसाइट https://gconajmer.blogspot.com/ से download कर सकते है । 
4. चयनित अभ्यर्थियो को मूल दस्तावेज़ व महाविद्यालय की फीस डिमांड ड्राफ्ट के रूप मे दिनांक 09.05.2023 को 04:00 PM बजे तक जमा करना अनिवार्य है । डिमांड ड्राफ्ट "Principal, Government College of Nursing, Ajmer" के नाम से देय होगा । 
5. योग्य अभ्यर्थियो का चयन 2022 में RUHS जयपुर द्वारा आयोजित एमएससी नर्सिंग एंट्रैन्स टेस्ट 2022-23 के प्राप्तांकों की मेरिट के आधार पर एवं आरयूएचएस जयपुर तथा राज्य सरकार के नियमो के अनुसार किया जाएगा । पात्र अभ्यर्थी अनुपस्थित होने पर शेष रही सीटे प्रतीक्षा सूची के अन्य पात्र अभ्यर्थियों द्वारा भर दी जाएगी ।
