    Mandatory Steps for GCON Ajmer 2nd Round B.Sc. Nursing Counselling 2025 (Transferred & Fresh Allotment)

    A big congratulations to all candidates allotted a seat in the 2nd Round of Counseling! This is a crucial phase, especially for those who have been upgraded or are reporting for the first time. To ensure a smooth transition and secure your admission at GCON Ajmer,  please follow these instructions carefully.


    Part A: Instructions for ALL Newly Allotted Candidates

    Whether this is your first allotment or an upgrade, the following steps are mandatory for admission confirmation.

    1. Download Your Allotment Letter & Plan Your Visit

    • Download: Log in to the official RUHS portal and download your 2nd Round Seat Allotment Letter

    • Reporting Deadline: Note the exact date and time (Last Date 10-Oct-2025 time 2:00 pm) for reporting to GCON Ajmer, Strict adherence to the deadline is mandatory. Failure to report may lead to the cancellation of your seat and forfeiture of the security deposit.

    • Fees Payment: Pay the required tuition/admission fee as per the fee structure published on the college website. Keep the original payment receipt safe.

    2. Document Verification: The Mandatory Checklist

    You must report in person with all the original documents and two sets of self-attested photocopies.

    • RUHS CUET Result Copy
    • RUHS Challan Copy (Rs. 550/-)
    • Demand Draft (DD) – See Fee Details section below
    • Affidavit (50/- Rs non-judicial stamp) –Click Here to download format

    • Health Certificate (Prepared by a Medical Officer from any Govt. Hospital in Rajasthan) –Click Here to download format
    • Physical Disability Certificate (If Applicable)
    • 10th Class Mark Sheet
    • 10th Class Board Certificate
    • 12th Class Mark Sheet
    • 12th Class Board Certificate
    • Transfer Certificate (T.C.)
    • Migration Certificate (After 12th / Last Course attended)
    • Character Certificate
    • Bonafide (मूल निवास)
    • Category/Caste Certificate
    • Gap Certificate (If applicable – for any gap between your last exam session and current admission session)
    • Photocopy Set - 2 copies of all documents from Sr. No. 4 to 18.
    • Aadhar Card Photocopy
    • Passport Size Photos - 6 copies
    • Document File Folder - 1 (Plastic with Button) – See sample image here for reference.


    Fee Details:

    Amount to be Submitted During Admission

    • Please prepare your Demand Draft (DD) for the following amounts:
    • For Girls (All Categories) & SC/ST Boys: ₹21,000/-
    • For General & OBC Boys: ₹51,000/-

    Method of Fee Submission:  - Demand Draft ONLY

    • Fees can only be deposited through a Demand Draft (DD).
    • The DD must be made in favor of: "Principal, Government College of Nursing, Ajmer"
    • Critical: Demand Drafts with any discrepancy in the payee's name will NOT be accepted. Ensure the name is exactly as stated above.
    • No Other Payment Methods: Fees will NOT be accepted via UPI (PhonePe, GPay, BHIM, etc.), cash, or net-banking.

    Preparation and Location Advisory

    • Prepare in Advance: Please ensure you gather all possible documents before reaching the college. The college is approximately 10 km away from the main city, so addressing any deficiencies will require you to travel back to the city.
    • कृपया कॉलेज पहुँचने से पहले सभी आवश्यक दस्तावेज़ एकत्रित कर लें। कॉलेज मुख्य शहर से लगभग 10 किमी दूर स्थित है, इसलिए यदि कोई दस्तावेज़ कमी रह जाती है तो उसे पूरा करने के लिए आपको दोबारा शहर तक जाना पड़ेगा।
    • College Address & Directions: 

    Beware of Fraudulent Calls & Scams!

    • Government College of Nursing, Ajmer, will NEVER call students or their family members to request payment over the phone, via SMS links, or WhatsApp messages.
    • Avoid such calls: If you receive any communication asking for payment via a link or UPI ID, it is fraudulent.
    • Never Share OTP: Do NOT share any One-Time Passwords (OTP) with anyone to prevent financial fraud.
    • (गवर्नमेंट कॉलेज ऑफ नर्सिंग, अजमेर, कभी भी छात्र या उनके परिवार के सदस्य को किसी भी फोन कॉल या मोबाइल फोन पर एसएमएस/व्हाट्स-एप के माध्यम से भेजे गए लिंक से भुगतान करने के लिए नहीं कहता है। अगर किसी लिंक या किसी यूपीआई आईडी से भुगतान करने के लिए कहा जाए तो ऐसे कॉल से बचें। किसी भी धोखाधड़ी से बचने के लिए कभी भी अपना ओटीपी साझा न करें।)

    Part B: Specific Instructions for Transferred / Upgraded Students

    If you were allotted and joined a seat in Round 1 and have been upgraded to New College in Round 2, collect your documents and relieving yourself from the GCON Ajmer.

    YOUR ROUND 1 SEAT IS AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED UPON ROUND 2 ALLOTMENT. You must act immediately.


    Part C: Specific Instructions for Students allotted same college 

    If you were allotted and joined a seat in Round 1 and have been allotted same GCON, Ajmer in Round 2, Then submit your allotment letter of round 2 in college office as soon as possible. 


    Important Notes for All Candidates

    • Be Punctual: Late reporting will not be entertained and will lead to seat cancellation.

    • Check Official Portal: Stay updated by regularly checking the official website of the RUHS Jaipur and GCON Ajmer for any last-minute circulars or changes.

    • Contact Information: For specific queries regarding document formats, fee payment methods, or reporting schedule, kindly contact the admission cell of College through the numbers/email provided on their official website.
