M.Sc. Nursing session 2023-24


Instruction for Candidate -

  • The interested candidate may apply for M.Sc. Nursing course by ___________________  05:00 PM in the office.
  • After the last date, No forms will be accepted.
  • Read the Instruction carefully written in the Order copy of this college.

Eligibility 

As per the Admission Guidelines from Rajasthan University of health sciences, Jaipur for the session 2023-24

List of required document -

Attend the college along with the following documents to avoid any hassle during the admission -
 
  1. Allotment letter
  2. Admit card
  3. Affidavit - 50/- Rs stamp (Non Judicial) - Click Here to download format

  5. Health certificate
  6. Physical Disability Certificate (If Applicable)
  7. 10th Class Mark sheet
  8. 10th class Board Certificate
  9. 12th Class Mark sheet
  10. 12th class Board Certificate
  11. Nursing mark sheets - (GNM + PBBSc Nurisng) OR (B.Sc. Nursing)  -- (All Mark sheet including Failed attempt )
  12. Degree (Original)
  13. Registration ( Issued by Rajasthan Nursing Council, Jaipur) 
  14. Transfer Certificate (T.C.) 
  15. Course Completion Certificate
  16. Experience Certificate - Min. 1 Year experience certificate required ( As per Rule)
  17. Migration (In case Graduation was completed from University other than RUHS, Jaipur. OR if you have got issued migration certificate by the RUHS, even if you have completed graduation from RUHS.)  
  18. Character Certificate
  19. Bonafied  (मूल निवास) 
  20. Category/ Caste Certificate
  21. Gap Certificate

  23. Adhar Card Photocopy
  24. Passport size photo - 6

Fee detail - (For Full fees Description - Click Here)

  1. FOR GIRLS (all category) AND SC & ST BOYS -  PREVIOUS YR - Rs. 37,000/-
  2. GEN & OBC BOYS - PREVIOUS YR - Rs. 91,000/-

Submission of Fee

  1. Fees can be Deposited through Demand Draft (DD),  OR directly to the Bank Account By Net banking or UPI.
  2. DD will be on favor of - Principal, Government college of Nursing, Ajmer
  3. To Pay through Net banking / UPI - Account detail will be shared at the time of admission. If you don't have net banking, you can transfer fess through UPI app such as phone pe/ BHIM pay etc. Pay directly to account in front of Office personnel to avoid any Mishappening.

Note -  

Govt College of Nursing, Ajmer, Never calls to the student or their family member to pay over any phone call or by link sent through SMS/ Whats-app on mobile phone. Avoid such calls, if asking to pay by any link or any UPI ID. Never Share your OTP to avoid any fraudulence. 
गवर्नमेंट कॉलेज ऑफ नर्सिंग, अजमेर, कभी भी छात्र या उनके परिवार के सदस्य को किसी भी फोन कॉल या मोबाइल फोन पर एसएमएस/व्हाट्स-एप के माध्यम से भेजे गए लिंक से भुगतान करने के लिए नहीं कहता है। अगर किसी लिंक या किसी यूपीआई आईडी से भुगतान करने के लिए कहा जाए तो ऐसे कॉल से बचें। किसी भी धोखाधड़ी से बचने के लिए कभी भी अपना ओटीपी साझा न करें।
