B.Sc. Nursing session 2023-24


Instruction for Candidate -

  • The Allotted candidate must present for admission in B.Sc. Nursing course by 31-10-2023 (Last date)  05:00 PM in the office.
  • After the last date, No forms will be accepted.
  • Read the Instruction carefully written in the Order copy of this college.

Eligibility 

As per the Admission Guidelines from Rajasthan University of health sciences, Jaipur for the session 2023-24

Attend the college along with the following documents to avoid any hassle during the admission -
 
  1. Allotment letter
  2. Admit card
  3. RUHS Challan copy
  4. DD (From any Bank) 
  5. Affidavit - 50/- Rs stamp (Non Judicial) - Click Here to download format

  7. Health certificate (prepared by Medical officer from any govt. hospital in Rajasthan - Click Here to download format 
  8. Physical Disability Certificate (If Applicable)
  9. 10th Class Mark sheet
  10. 10th class Board Certificate
  11. 12th Class Mark sheet
  12. 12th class Board Certificate
  13. Transfer Certificate (T.C.)
  14.  Migration (After 12th)
  15. Character Certificate
  16. Bonafied  (मूल निवास) 
  17. Category/ Caste Certificate
  18. Gap Certificate (if applicable) ( if there is gap between last exam attended session and current admission session)
  19. Photocopy set - 1 ( Sr. No. 5 to 15) 
  20. Adhar Card Photocopy
  21. Passport size photo - 6

(Note - Get all document ready as much as possible, while approaching the college, as the college is approx 10 km away from Main city, for fulfilling any deficiency, candidate has to go to city

जितना संभव हो सके कॉलेज पहुंचते समय सभी दस्तावेज तैयार कर लें, क्योंकि कॉलेज मुख्य शहर से लगभग 10 किमी दूर है, किसी भी कमी को पूरा करने के लिए उम्मीदवार को शहर जाना होगा।)

  1. FOR GIRLS (all category) AND SC & ST BOYS -  FIRST YR - Rs. 21,000/-
  2. GEN & OBC BOYS - FIRST YR - Rs. 51,000/-
  3. Fee will be Deposited by DD Only. The DD will be in Favor of " Principal, Government College of Nursing, Ajmer". 

Submission of Fee

  1. Fees can be Deposited through Demand Draft (DD)
  2. DD will be on favor of - Principal, Government college of Nursing, Ajmer

Note -  

Govt College of Nursing, Ajmer, Never calls to the student or their family member to pay over any phone call or by link sent through SMS/ Whats-app on mobile phone. Avoid such calls, if asking to pay by any link or any UPI ID. Never Share your OTP to avoid any fraudulence. 
गवर्नमेंट कॉलेज ऑफ नर्सिंग, अजमेर, कभी भी छात्र या उनके परिवार के सदस्य को किसी भी फोन कॉल या मोबाइल फोन पर एसएमएस/व्हाट्स-एप के माध्यम से भेजे गए लिंक से भुगतान करने के लिए नहीं कहता है। अगर किसी लिंक या किसी यूपीआई आईडी से भुगतान करने के लिए कहा जाए तो ऐसे कॉल से बचें। किसी भी धोखाधड़ी से बचने के लिए कभी भी अपना ओटीपी साझा न करें।
